Anna Rawson
Anna turned professional at 23, and was a roaring superstar. Anna had a life changing experience in her early years as a girl. Then she started to take up golf for a pastime to be able to spend time with her father and brother. They enjoyed playing the sport. Anna was only 16 when her modeling career started. When she was just 16, she won the Dolly Magazines Cover Contest and she has been modeling every since. There's more to the story than you think. Outside of her modeling career Anna is a highly prosperous businesswoman and entrepreneur, co-founding her own food company Seedlyfe an nutrient-dense, superfood business. Anna Rawson and Willy Rawson, her brother at age 4, were raised by their father following the death from their mothers. Dianna Rawson was on the verge of depression when Anna grew to. Her father Jim Rawson and her mother Dianna Rawson separated. Dianna went to an hospital receiving the help she needed. But, she ended her own life aged just five the family of Anna was broken and grieving. Anna's early years were difficult. Anna had to adjust to this new normal of life without a mother, a pain every child shouldn't have to go through. Her family was close to her dad Jim who was a great support. Jim Rawson shared the same passion for football that Anna did, both of them former Glenelg players. Anna told me that, when my mother died, the primary reason why she decided to start golf was to have a closer relationship with her father and brother. She soon realized that it was a sport she truly loved. Anna was a golfer to deal with her grief over her mother's passing. This improved her skills as well as allowed her pastime to blossom into a passion at first, to grow to become a business. A dream come true! Rawson attended St. Martin Boarding School, and then completed her studies through homeschooling. Anna Rawson is among the first to admit that her decision to attend university was more a result of naivete than logic. Anna received numerous offers, including from Yale and Harvard. She picked Immanuel College because of the more pleasant weather conditions in Southern Australia. Anna was a student in California following her time at Immanuel College. She was honored with an All-Pac 10 Honorable Mention on three separate occasions. Beautiful and smart A match created in heaven! She received her BA in Communication at the University of Southern California and continued to study, eventually earning an MBA at Columbia Business School.
